Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. We offer local delivery in Singapore starting from S$5 (inclusive of our eco-friendly packaging).
Will I have to pay import taxes?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any local import duties or processing fees required by their country’s customs office.

Due to volatile global shipping conditions, we are currently focusing on Singapore for pre-order batch. However, if you are outside of Singapore and wish to purchase, please reach out to us via contact form. Our team will manually calculate a shipping quote for you and assist with your order.

Usage & Safety Precaution
How do I handle the blocks?
Since NatureNest blocks are crafted from raw, natural wood high in concentrated essential oils, we recommend washing your hands after handling them. This prevents any potential skin or eye irritation from the natural resins and active oils present on the surface of the wood.
Is NatureNest safe to use during pregnancy?
For the comfort and safety of your household, we advise introducing NatureNest only after your pregnancy and keeping all aromatic wood products strictly within enclosed storage cabinets located away from sleeping quarters and active wardrobes.
Is NatureNest safe for infants?
At NatureNest, we advocate for the highest level of caution regarding newborns and infants. Because their respiratory systems and skin are exceptionally delicate, we recommend a strict safety boundary. For the safety of your little ones, we recommend introducing NatureNest only in adult storage areas and keeping the nursery a scent-free environment.
Is NatureNest safe for children?
NatureNest is a 100% natural, chemical-free alternative to synthetic mothballs, making it a safer long-term choice for a household than toxic chemicals. However, due to the wood's high oil content, we recommend the following guidelines for homes with children:
• Enclosed Storage Only: Cedar blocks should only be used in high closet racks or enclosed cabinets that are inaccessible to children.
• Avoid Contact: Ensure children do not handle the blocks directly. The natural resins can cause eye or skin irritation if transferred from their hands.
• Ventilation: Use NatureNest in well-ventilated storage areas rather than small, cramped toy boxes or bedroom nightstands.
• Education: If children are old enough, explain that the blocks are a "natural remedy" for the closet and not toys to be played with.
Is NatureNest safe for my pets?
While our Eastern Red Cedar is 100% natural and untreated, the potent aromatic oils that make cedar an effective remedy can be strong for smaller members of your household.
Cats have a unique physiological sensitivity to natural phenols found in cedar oils, which their systems cannot easily process. We do not recommend placing NatureNest blocks in open areas where your cat sleeps or spends significant time.
It is also vital to ensure your pets do not chew on the blocks. If ingested, raw wood can cause digestive distress or internal injury due to splintering. To enjoy the benefits of cedar safely, always keep blocks in enclosed or elevated spaces—such as sealed drawers, storage bins, or high closet racks—where there is no risk of direct skin contact or accidental chewing.
If your pet has a history of respiratory sensitivities or allergies, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing any natural aromatic products into your home.
