Refund & Return Policy

At NatureNest, we take pride in the quality of our natural Eastern Red Cedar products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or once an order has been shipped for hygiene and safety reasons. As cedar is a natural wood product, variations in grain, color, and natural oil content are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sales@naturenest.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the processing phase or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
